We are excited to announce that Schug is a winery sponsor at BottleRock 2013.
Starting May 8th and running through May 12th, 2013, BottleRock will bring today's hottest artists in music, food and wine to tens of thousands of fans right in the heart of Downtown Napa. We will have a tent by the Citi stage where festival goers can purchase Schug wines by the glass. Or come inside for a seat in the shade and some cool giveaways!

Schug scoops GOLD at the 2013 Sunset magazine international wine competition!
All the wines entered won a medal and our 2012 Sonoma Coast Sauvignon Blanc was awarded a GOLD medal.

Bloom in the vineyard!
Yesterday while strolling through the vineyard we noticed that Bloom has arrived! In late spring, the vines form little pod clusters. These will bloom into flowers, each of which, in turn, will turn into a grape if growers are lucky. Growers refer to the whole process as bloom.
